They go the extra mile for customers!

I purchased a beautiful Mercedes Benz from the team at Jim Juliani Motor cars. I had been browsing for a luxury car. I saw a few vehicles I liked and I called the number. I had received a call back immediately and set up an appointment to come see a few vehicles and to test drive. I let the sales person who name was Joe know what I could afford to spend and he said let’s take the car for a test drive to see if you like it then we will worry about the financing. I drove my beautiful Mercedes dream car and was immediately in love. I didn’t want to see any other cars after that. I went back to the showroom and met with the financial guy my and I told him I had no credit and I wanted to build my credit up. I was feeling discouraged and then I was told I was approved and wow I got an amazing rate. They told me about a sensor issue and that they were going to fix it before I got the vehicle. They took my Mercedes to an actual Mercedes dealer to have the work done and Dave Juliani and Dave from service kept us in the loop and Stayed on top of everything. The staff at Juliani motors just want to make sure you get an affordable reliable vehicle and seriously went above and beyond for me. While my car was having the sensor fixed they gave me a beautiful luxury car to drive until my Mercedes was all set. I picked my dream car up and they had it detailed beautifully and gave me a gift certificate for an oil change and gifts to show how much they care about the customers. I would buy another car from them. They are honest reliable car dealer with old school business sense and I give them 5 stars. My dreams of driving a luxury car at an affordable price has been met. So if your thinking of buying a car from them definitely do it they will take care of you for sure and get you into your dream car.

Great experience

Buying a vehicle from Jim Jiuliani Motors has been the best experience my husband and I have ever had with a car dealership. We came in without an appointment and were helped immediately. We had done our research and knew the vehicle we wanted was being offered at a good price, and on top of that, they replaced the brakes and another part to make sure it was in perfect shape for us when we picked it up. Everyone on staff was so pleasant and helpful, and despite having to order and install a new part, they had the vehicle ready within a couple of days! I will update this review if something beyond the normal maintenance for an older vehicle is needed in the next few months, but I’m very impressed with the quality of the vehicle and service we received. 10/10!

Great experience

When I came to see a the truck I had an extremely good experience. I had been to three dealerships previously and the staff was not helpful and the businesses did not go through with what they said. As soon as I got to Jim Juliana frank began helping me with the truck I wanted and the entire experience was over all smooth and easy. The truck had one problem after I purchased it and the company is working to gather the part I need to fix it for me. I will make sure to recommend this dealership to everyone I know! You Stuck to Your Word!

I just wanted to take the time to thank Joe, Dave J and Dave P for making good on their promise. My son and I recently bought two cars which we are both very happy with including the sales process with Joe. Unfortunately, both cars had some mechanical issues shortly after we purchased them. And even though most used cars are sold "as is", Jim Juliiani Motors took care of all the issues as they promised they would. Great Dealership

I was very impressed and happy with the level of service provided by Jim Juliani Motors. I was in the market for a vehicle and submitted 13 inquiries through out CT. Mike from Jim Juliani Motors was the only one to respond. I went to see the vehicle, and it was sold. Fortunately Joe convinced me to see if I could qualify for financing and buy a more current car. The whole process was easy and despite my lousy credit, Joe was able to find a decent option for me. Jeff finalized the process quickly and effectively and the whole dealership made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I now own a great vehicle with payments I can afford.

Great group of people

I recently purchased a 2020 Nissan rogue for work , I explained to the salesman Joe that it was imperative I had a car asap so I could do my job and get back and forth to work . We picked the car out and did the paperwork and than some issues arose that delayed me getting the car . These guys absolutely went above and beyond to get me in that car and driving . Couldn't be more pleased!

Well, for starters, I knew exactly what I wanted. So,I started an Internet search for vehicles like I was looking for within 100 miles. Jim Juliani motors popped up on Car Gurus as having the vehicle at a good price with relatively low miles. I called the dealership and had a nice conversation with Mike the manager and Elijah the sales person and they couldn't have been more responsive. After chatting with them and seeing a lot of photos, I felt comfortable enough to leave a small deposit to hold it until the next day when I could look at it. I then drove 80 miles to meet Mike, Elijah and Dave the service manager. The vehicle was as described and I took it for a nice test drive on back roads and highways where I decided I wanted it after the test drive. We then dealt with a vehicle I wanted to trade in. It was very painless, as they gave me a very good price on my used trade. Next, we wrote up the paper work and cinched the deal. I asked them to have a class IV hitch installed before I took it. They said no problem and took it to a local expert to do a fine job! When my wife and I drove back over to pick it up, they had done everything they said they would. Also, Mike the manager kept in touch with me via text on the updates and how progress was coming along. We just drove 80 miles back home with our new buggy and we couldn't be more pleased! I'm older and retired and I've purchased many vehicles over the years. This deal was fun, smooth and it was a hoot meeting the fella's there. We even took our little dog to pick up the vehicle and he got to meet the Juliani Motors Mascot dog. Even they got along great!! Personally, I would absolutely deal with them again. JW
